Thomas Unveils New Website
Visitors to the redesigned Thomas Built Buses website, launched September 1, will enjoy an entirely new user experience. "Thomas Built is dedicated to providing its customers the tools they need, when they need them," said Ken Hedgecock, vice president of sales, marketing and service. "In today's digital age, our company website and customer portals are critical to providing an integrated experience to our customers." The new site is visually rich and includes more product shots with interactive features, such as virtual tours of the buses. The enhanced navigation and new search function make it easier to find product updates, news and other pertinent information about Thomas parts, training and service.
